Once delivery confirmation has been provided by the courier, Ladyeebug Lashes (LBL) is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misplaced packages. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
We kindly ask that all orders be inspected immediately upon delivery. If you believe your package was damaged during transit, please contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your order at:

To assist with the claims process, we may require photographs of both the damaged item(s) and original packaging materials. Please retain all packaging until the matter has been resolved.
All damaged merchandise must be returned with original packaging materials. Ladyeebug Lashes (LBL) reserves the right to either replace the damaged item or issue store credit.
Please note: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from Customer Service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information, including apartment, suite, or building numbers, is entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or customer error, additional shipping & handling fees will apply for re-shipment. This also includes incorrect product selections made during ordering.
Once returned items are received, please allow twenty-four (24) business hours for order re-processing.
Please note: Overnight orders placed on Fridays may not arrive until the following Monday.
To initiate a return, please contact us within ten (10) business days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns beyond this timeframe.
Approved returns must be shipped back within fourteen (14) days of receipt. All returned items must:
• Be unopened
• Be unused
• Remain in original packaging
• Receive prior authorization from Customer Service
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our behalf.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within approximately 48 business hours.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

While we will do our best to accommodate your request, orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Please note:
• A 15% restocking fee applies to orders canceled after packaging has been completed.
• Once shipped, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items, promotional items, and discounted products are final sale and cannot be refunded.
We are happy to replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us within ten (10) business days of receiving your order.
Prior authorization from Customer Service is required before sending any exchange items back.
